How do I contact costumer care?

How long time does it takes to reply on my query?

We will try to reply as soon as possible, but please allow us up to 24hr for us to get back to you. This may vary depending on weekends, public holidays and time difference.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Cash on delivery.

Which products I can return?

You can return: Dresses, skirts and tops. 

Lingerie (bra and panties) cannot be returned or exchanged, so please check the size chart.

How to make a return or exchange?

Return and exchange don’t applies on Lingerie (Bra & Strings)

If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours.

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products. Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.

For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note. International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer.

We provide free collection for the first return or exchange with in UAE.

From second collection onwards, a fee of AED20 is applicable.

Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges.

Cash on delivery is online STORE credit refund only.

PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, smelling of perfumes/scents will NOT qualify for a refund and can be refused.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. International shipment might take up to 3-5 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you by us that will provide you with the shipping details.

Sometimes these emails can appear in your junk email inbox however if this is not the case please contact our customer care team with your order number and name to retrieve your tracking number.

What is the delivery fees?

Dubai same day delivery (order before 12pm) is 28AED

Dubai next day delivery is 20AED

Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman next day delivery 20AED

Free shipping for orders 600AED and above.

Internation delivery(s) is 150AED and taking 3-5 working days. It may take longer due to the custom clearance, and it may vary from country to country. There is FREE international delivery from 1000AED.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOM  DUTIES UPON YOUR DELIVERY - THIS AMOUNT CAN VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR COUNTRIES IMPORT & TAX CHARGES. IF YOU REFUSE TO PAY OR ACCEPT THE DELIVERY ANY CHARGES APPLIED BACK TO US WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
